Returns & Refunds Policy

At USA Buckets, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are industrial-grade containers intended for specific use applications, we do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects or damage.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email info@usabuckets.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- Once verified, we'll issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- For approved returns, we'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup if required.
Non-Defective Items
Because our products are built for industrial use and often used for food, coatings, or other materials, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items, including cases where the wrong size, color, or quantity was ordered.
Return Window
- Claims for items must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item (if required).
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting info@usabuckets.com. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled.
Exceptions
If an order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us — we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
