Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days in transit. Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.


Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We accept returns up to 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Fees & Costs

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

  • Return Shipping (Defective Items): If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • Return Shipping (Change of Mind): For standard returns (wrong size, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate: Email info@usabuckets.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Inspection: Once received, we inspect items within 2 business days.

  3. Approval: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
